What you'll do

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers to ensure optimal service performance.
Provide proactive technical guidance and conduct regular reviews to maintain high service delivery standards.
Coordinate engineering resources and drive technical optimization initiatives across customer deployments.
Manage technical support processes and resolve customer-reported issues to maintain confidence in service capabilities.
Lead technical workshops and meetings to communicate best practices and post-sales support protocols.
Develop and refine customer-facing technical collateral, integration guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
Identify opportunities for customer enablement through training, certification programs, and technical initiatives.
Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex integrations requiring custom technical solutions.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent industry experience.
Experience in a technical account management, consulting, solutions architecture, or systems engineering role.
Experience in a customer-facing role within the technology industry.
Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders.
Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment.
Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
