What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (mechanical, chemical, materials, metallurgical)
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain engineering, supplier development/quality, manufacturing, or design engineering
  • Experience with machining methods and processes
  • Knowledge of supplier quality processes including PPAP, FMEA, and ISO standards
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional liaison roles internally and externally
  • Capability to work in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities
