Senior Staff Technology Solutions Analyst

What you'll do

• Perform technical analysis for Order Entry, Matching, and Market Data systems.
• Conduct detailed elicitation, discovery, prototyping, and technical analysis activities.
• Define data mappings, messaging designs, and API specifications for core trade execution systems.
• Create data flows and designs between integrated components to ensure low latency and reliability.
• Develop next-level acceptance criteria to support automated testing and behavior-driven development.
• Perform component impact analysis and detailed requirement discovery for new features.
• Manage an evolving technical analysis knowledge base for the Markets Technology team.
• Partner with development and QA teams to assess and validate technical solutions.

What we're looking for

• 8-10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, quality assurance architecture, or related fields.
• B.A. or B.S. degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a similar field (relevant experience may substitute).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influence skills.
• Experience with product oriented development, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis, database technologies, XML, JSON, object-oriented design, and cloud-based integrations.
• Experience in Financial Markets (preferred).
• Knowledge of financial products, electronic trading, order management, market data, clearing, or post-trade processing (preferred).
• Understanding of POD, ATDD, BDD, or DSL; experience with visual modeling and message/API design tools like FIX, SBE, GPB, FAST, or XML (preferred).
