What you'll do

Lead systems engineering teams to develop weapon system requirements using industry standards and best practices.
Plan and execute systems-security-engineering efforts for complex hardware and software systems of systems.
Manage project execution regarding statement of work, cost, schedule, and scope for cyber systems.
Ensure weapon system compliance with all contractually obligated cybersecurity standards and government guidance.
Develop and document technical standard engineering processes and procedures for the program.
Lead engineering reviews of technical content for requirements, models, design, and quality accuracy.
Lead cybersecurity assessment and testing activities while developing associated plans, methods, and reports.
Report metrics and progress toward milestones while identifying risks and recommending resource solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 14 years experience, Master's with 12 years, or PhD with 10 years in a technical/science field.
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a Systems Engineering leadership role with cost, schedule, and scope responsibilities.
Current active DoD Secret clearance required; ability to obtain Top Secret w/SCI and SAP access is required.
Must possess IASAE II (CISSP) certification and be able to obtain IASAE III within 6 months of hire.
Full DoD 8570 qualification in the IASAE III role is required.
Advanced knowledge of Systems Security Engineering, network technologies, and DoD system development life cycles.
Experience in planning, designing, implementing, testing, and delivering systems with Cyber Systems Engineering requirements.
U.S. Citizenship is required for positions requiring government clearance.
