What you'll do

Develop, analyze, and manage system and subsystem requirements for satellite, payload, and mission operations systems.
Define and maintain requirements traceability from mission objectives through system, subsystem, and operational products.
Analyze spacecraft and ground system telemetry and performance data to assess system health and mission effectiveness.
Lead technical investigations of on-orbit, launch-phase, or ground-system anomalies to perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
Support mission planning, launch preparation, readiness activities, and the transition from integration and test into operational use.
Support development of CONOPS, operational procedures, system architectures, interface definitions, and verification strategies.
Assess engineering changes and operational impacts to mission performance, reliability, cost, and schedule.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, status briefings, and analysis products for internal and customer stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience supporting spacecraft, payload, ground, or mission operations for space systems programs.
Experience in requirements development, decomposition, verification planning, and traceability.
Experience analyzing telemetry, mission data, or operational performance data for decision-making and issue resolution.
Active security clearance.
U.S. citizens.
