What you'll do

Provide on-site support for the installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cUAS systems.
Conduct system testing, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal performance of hardware and software.
Deliver comprehensive training to end-users and operators on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert representing customer requirements in Agile/Scrum software development cycles.
Perform scenario-based, developmental (DT), and operational (OT) testing at company and customer locations.
Resolve complex technical issues by collaborating with engineering and support teams to improve systems.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, security, and operational protocols at sensitive sites.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or no degree and 10 years of experience.
Secret Clearance required.
At least 3 years of experience with cUAS technologies, defense/security systems, diagnostic tools, and military standards.
Experience in developing test cases to validate software features and resolving hardware and software issues.
Two or more years of experience troubleshooting technical and/or software products.
Experience with radar systems, electronic warfare, or surveillance systems (preferred).
Relevant technology industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or Cisco CCNA/CCDA (preferred).
U.S. citizens.

Save
