As a Senior Specialist, Field Service Engineer, you will join the ForceX team as a subject matter expert to support mission system desktop trainer development and platform integration on OA-1K aircraft. What you'll do

Support Mission System Desktop Trainer development and perform platform integration and troubleshooting on OA-1K aircraft.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to provide user feedback and requirements during the software development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot user issues in both classroom and aircraft environments while maintaining technical documentation.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems for training simulations and aircraft mission equipment.
Provide on-site engineering assistance for integration efforts, test events, and in-flight testing.
Create ground and flight test cards to support aircraft mission systems and software checks.
Assist with the development and execution of technical training programs at integrator and customer locations.
Provide demonstration support to partner companies and potential customers for business development purposes.

What we're looking for

Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 4 years of related experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Department of Defense Instructor/Evaluator.
Ability to travel up to 50% on short notice, including OCONUS trips.
Two or more years of experience as an operator of L3Harris ForceX software applications (preferred).
One to three years of experience developing education and training programs for technical or software products (preferred).
Relevant technology industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+/Server+ or Cisco CCNA/CCDA (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
