Senior Specialist Electrical Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and test electrical hardware solutions for the VAMPIRE Counter-UAS product line.
• Create and maintain electrical schematics, layouts, and technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform calculations, simulations, and analyses to verify system performance and reliability.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and failure mode analyses to support design decisions.
• Develop and verify harness and interconnect designs, routing strategies, and interface control documentation.
• Execute RF subsystem design, integration, and test activities across development and verification phases.
• Produce engineering documentation and present technical status and recommendations during formal reviews.
• Support compliance with customer, regulatory, and security requirements in classified environments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years, or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering methods across full lifecycle activities.
• 6+ years of experience with electrical design and development workflows.
• 6+ years of experience with electrical standards, codes, and compliance requirements.
• 6+ years of experience using analysis and simulation tools in support of design decisions.
• Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline preferred (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science acceptable) (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
