What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales engineering, or technical consulting within the Microsoft ecosystem.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft AI and automation technologies including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, and Copilot for M365.
Demonstrated experience designing and building production-grade AI agents, conversational AI solutions, or intelligent automation workflows.
Proven track record of achieving a personal revenue or bookings target, preferably $3M+ annually.
Expert ability to write, debug, and maintain code in various scripting and programming languages for automation and software development.
Experience developing proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and commercial structures for professional services engagements.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies to C-level audiences.
