Enterprise Architect, AI Business Applications

What you'll do

• Prepare and deliver technical engagements including strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions, and rapid prototyping.
• Lead AI transformation journeys by prioritizing use cases through design thinking workshops and providing strategic recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures that are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance based on customer requirements.
• Integrate capabilities across the entire cloud platform to identify synergies and optimize cross-platform integration.
• Maintain deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and other AI business applications.
• Create scalable, field-relevant assets and connect technical capabilities to sales opportunities for account teams.
• Conduct discovery sessions to translate complex business processes into design systems that provide measurable business value.

What we're looking for

• Must have 7+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or a relevant degree with 4-6+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft AI and productivity technologies (preferred).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft productivity and AI services, including agent development and scalable enterprise deployments (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect designing and implementing large-scale, complex solutions that align with business goals (preferred).
• Proven experience in a consultancy role providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations to customers (preferred).
• Expertise in designing, building, and deploying AI solutions with an understanding of AI-related Azure services (preferred).
• Certification in PL-600, PL-400, or AI-102 (preferred).
