What you'll do

Deliver cloud infrastructure automation tools, frameworks, workflows, and validation platforms on public cloud platforms.
Design, develop, debug, and operate resilient distributed systems across thousands of compute nodes.
Write microservices on containerization frameworks such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Mesos.
Develop Infrastructure-as-Code and contribute to open source technology.
Resolve complex technical issues to improve system availability, resilience, and performance.
Balance live-site management, feature delivery, and the retirement of technical debt.
Participate in an on-call rotation to address complex problems and maintain service availability.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5+ years of backend software development experience using Python within a Cloud Architecture.
In-depth, hands-on experience with Linux Systems Administration, troubleshooting, servers, and cloud architecture.
Proficiency in OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
Experience with public cloud engineering on GCP, AWS, or Azure platforms.
Experience with container and orchestration systems such as Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Splunk, Puppet, Spinnaker, Terraform, and Git.
Strong understanding of network technologies including DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, SQL, and HTTP.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Travis CI.

Save
