SAP Security Leader/Architect

What you'll do

• Own the enterprise SAP security strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Build and implement secure-by-default solutions for S/4HANA, HANA, SAP BTP, and various SaaS platforms.
• Modernize identity and access governance using SAP GRC, RBAC, and privileged access management.
• Strengthen cyber resilience through threat modeling, vulnerability management, and SAP-focused incident response.
• Embed SOX, ITGC, and privacy controls into programs, releases, and audit readiness activities.
• Translate complex business requirements and security risks into practical architectures and measurable outcomes.
• Lead SAP security for critical initiatives, upgrades, and transformations from planning through operational handoff.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement through AI-enabled innovation and streamlined provisioning.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• The candidate must have 8-10+ years of IT security experience.
• The candidate must have 5+ years in SAP Security Architecture.
• The candidate must have led at least two successful S/4HANA transformations.
• Deep expertise is required in securing SAP on-premises and cloud environments, including S/4HANA, NetWeaver, SAP BTP, SaaS, GRC, IAS, and IPS.
• Experience is required in leading SAP security strategy, GRC architecture, access governance, ITGC compliance, security audits, and risk assessments.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to translate complex technical risks into business-focused recommendations are required.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SAP Certified Technology Professional are preferred (preferred).
