SAP Security Leader Architect

What you'll do

• Own the enterprise security strategy, architecture, and roadmap for global hybrid SAP environments including S/4HANA and BTP.
• Implement secure-by-default solutions for SAP platforms, integrations, APIs, and cloud-hosted workloads using AI-enabled capabilities.
• Modernize identity and access governance through GRC, RBAC, privileged access management, and automated provisioning.
• Strengthen cyber resilience through risk assessments, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
• Embed SOX, ITGC, and regulatory controls into programs, releases, and audit readiness activities.
• Translate complex technical risks into practical architectures and measurable outcomes for executive decision-making.
• Lead security for critical initiatives, upgrades, and transformations from planning through operational handoff.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8 to 10+ years of IT security experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in SAP Security Architecture.
• Experience with at least two successful S/4HANA transformations.
• Expertise in securing SAP on-premises and cloud environments including S/4HANA, NetWeaver, BTP, GRC, IAS, and IPS.
• Proficiency in identity and access governance, risk assessments, threat modeling, and ITGC compliance.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and translate technical risks into business-focused recommendations.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SAP Certified Technology Professional are preferred.
