Senior Platform Manager, SAP Security

What you'll do

• Manage SAP GRC platform operations including access control, fire-fighter processes, and continuous controls monitoring.
• Design and govern SAP role catalogs, authorization concepts, and segregation of duties (SoD) frameworks across all integrated systems.
• Ensure audit readiness for SOX and internal requirements by managing risk logs and remediation plans.
• Lead security workstreams for both greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA implementation programs.
• Govern the security deliverables and compliance standards of third-party vendors and system integrators.
• Partner with technical leadership to define secure solution patterns and architecture aligned to the RISE platform.
• Provide security leadership during go-lives, cutovers, and system refreshes to ensure controls are validated before milestones.

What we're looking for

• Experience in information security, compliance, and risk management.
• Expertise in SAP Security and GRC functions across S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, and RISE with SAP environments.
• Ability to design SAP role architectures, authorization concepts, and segregation of duties (SoD) frameworks.
• Proficiency in managing SAP GRC platform operations including Access Control, Firefighter, and emergency access management.
• Experience ensuring SOX compliance and maintaining audit readiness for IT General Controls (ITGCs).
• Ability to manage security deliverables from third-party vendors and systems integrators.
• Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical security configurations to non-technical business stakeholders.
