Senior Platform Manager, SAP Security

What you'll do

• Own the SAP role design standard, including role catalog governance, authorization concepts, and segregation of duties frameworks.
• Lead security workstreams for greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA programs from blueprinting through hypercare.
• Manage SAP GRC platform operations including access control, firefighter processes, and continuous controls monitoring.
• Ensure SOX and internal audit readiness by managing risk logs, mitigation plans, and evidence collection.
• Govern security deliverables for systems integrators and vendor partners to ensure compliance before production deployment.
• Partner with technical leadership to define secure solution patterns and security architecture for the RISE platform.
• Provide security leadership during go-lives, cutovers, and system refreshes to validate controls and provision access.

What we're looking for

• Experience in information security, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience developing security strategies, awareness campaigns, policies, standards, and governance.
• Deep hands-on SAP security expertise is essential.
• Experience managing SAP GRC platform operations including Access Control, Firefighter, and SoD conflict analysis.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, and integrated systems within the RISE with SAP ECC environment.
• Ability to lead teams through complex transformation programs and provide strategic leadership across SAP Security and GRC functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical specialists, leaders, and peers.
• Leadership and people management skills.
