What you'll do

Design, configure, and upgrade low to medium complexity SAP applications and business systems.
Perform impact analysis and build, test, and implement system changes for business requirements.
Resolve technical issues and provide end-user production support for reported application problems.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and internal process designs.
Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and manage project status with leadership.
Serve as a subject matter expert to guide workflow design and identify technology improvements.
Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration tasks or activities to other team members.
Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to ensure alignment between needs and delivery.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience as an alternative to a degree.
At least 5 years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills including internet navigation and email usage.
Experience configuring business systems software within the life science or healthcare industries.
Ability to provide technical support for SAP systems, including Solution Manager, S/4, Transports management, System Copy, and Interfaces.
Working experience with S/4 HANA, SAP cloud Solutions, Fiori, Sailpoint, and SoX compliant environments.
Familiarity with continuous monitoring tools such as Solution Manager’s Configuration Validation & System Recommendation.
