What you'll do

Design, configure, and upgrade low to medium complexity SAP applications and business systems.
Identify and resolve application issues that impact other teams or business processes.
Perform impact analysis and build and test system changes for desired improvements.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and internal process designs.
Provide end-user production support and troubleshoot problems using issue tracking systems.
Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to align system changes with business needs.
Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration activities to other team members.
Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and provide regular status updates to leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage.
Experience configuring business systems software in a life science, healthcare, or related industry (preferred).
Ability to architect and provide technical support for SAP systems, Solution Manager, SAP S/4, and related environments (preferred).
Working experience in S/4 HANA, SAP cloud Solutions, Fiori, Sailpoint, and SoX compliant environments (preferred).
Familiarity with continuous monitoring tools and ability to resolve basis and security issues (preferred).
