What you'll do

Design, configure, and upgrade business systems for Production Planning, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality Management in SAP.
Resolve technical issues and provide end-user support for production problems within the manufacturing platform.
Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and manage the scope, schedule, and quality of software projects.
Guide workflow design and conduct testing to ensure system changes align with business requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and internal process designs for continuous improvement.
Mentor a team of analysts by providing guidance, delegating tasks, and leading problem-solving efforts.
Liaise with stakeholders and software vendors to ensure technical solutions meet specific business needs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience as an alternative to a Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
In-depth knowledge of SAP configuration for PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality Management.
Experience leading teams of analysts and directing the work of others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills.
Ability to lead complex projects and coordinate work across cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support end-users and stakeholders.
