What you'll do

Design, configure, and upgrade low to medium complexity business applications and software systems.
Manage and optimize the Digital Manufacturing platform, specifically PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality Management in SAP.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues impacting production planning and quality management areas.
Guide workflow design and lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
Provide end-user production support and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications.
Lead and mentor a team of analysts by delegating configuration activities and providing technical guidance.
Create and maintain system documentation and develop new processes to meet current business challenges.
Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to ensure system changes align with business needs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage.
In-depth knowledge of PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality Management design and configuration in SAP (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of SAP MM/PP design and configuration (preferred).
Experience leading teams of analysts and directing the work of others (preferred).
Experience leading complex projects and coordinating work amongst a cross-functional team (preferred).
