What you'll do

Design, configure, and upgrade low to medium complexity SAP applications and business systems.
Identify and resolve application issues that impact other teams or business processes.
Perform impact analysis and build and test system changes to meet business requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and internal process designs.
Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and provide production support for end-users.
Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to align system changes with business needs.
Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration tasks or activities to other team members.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide regular status updates to key business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage.
Experience configuring business systems software in a life science, healthcare, or related industry (preferred).
Ability to architect and provide technical support for SAP systems, Solution Manager, SAP S/4, and related environments (preferred).
Working experience in S/4 HANA, SAP cloud Solutions, Fiori, and AWS (preferred).
Experience working in Agile with an understanding of ITIL V3.0 or above (preferred).
