What you'll do

Design, configure, and upgrade low to medium complexity SAP applications and business systems.
Resolve technical issues and provide production support for end-users via issue tracking systems.
Perform impact analysis and lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and internal process designs.
Liaise with stakeholders and software vendors to align business needs with system changes.
Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration tasks or activities to other team members.
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned applications to guide workflow design and testing.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology enhancements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong general computer skills.
Experience configuring business systems software in the life science or healthcare industry.
Ability to provide technical support for SAP systems, including S/4, Solution Manager, and related environments.
Experience with S/4 HANA, SAP cloud Solutions, Fiori, AWS, and IAS/CIS single sign-on solutions.
Experience working in a SoX compliant environment and familiarity with Agile and ITIL V3.0 methodologies.
