Senior Project Manager, Research Support

What you'll do

• Manage all aspects of implementing complex clinical research studies while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and protocols.
• Oversee the activities, performance, and training of a diverse team of research staff and QA monitors.
• Conduct remote and onsite monitoring of clinical trials to ensure data quality and adherence to study plans.
• Review and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and standardization across all clinical trials.
• Develop and deliver training for research teams on informed consent, safety monitoring, and good documentation practices.
• Coordinate community outreach activities and maintain relationships with partner organizations to recruit and retain participants.
• Manage project resources, including the procurement of supplies and management of participant incentives.
• Prepare progress reports for investigators and sponsors while identifying and resolving performance deficiencies in study sites.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research.
• Professional Certification in Clinical Research, such as ACRP or SOCRA, is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and policies governing clinical research.
• Knowledge of clinical research implementation processes and QA/QC monitoring systems.
• Ability to lead, manage, and train staff while overseeing department operations and goals.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a network of research partner sites.
• Proficiency in office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
