What we're looking for
- Must have an MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, NLP, Statistics, Information Sciences, or a related field.
- Requires 7+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying state-of-the-art ML technologies to web-scale data.
- Requires 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Must have a track record of publishing in machine learning, AI, data science, or related technical fields.
- Must possess deep technical knowledge of modern recommendation systems and ability to transition research into production-ready systems.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and up-level software and machine learning engineers.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous questions into well-defined projects with clear success metrics.
- Experience with LLM/Agentic workflows and generative AI capabilities is preferred.
