What you'll do

  • Develop, design, build, and launch technology solutions to support workforce management systems and HR processes.

  • Define system requirements, manage user acceptance testing, and oversee the rollout of new technical features.

  • Engage with vendors to influence SaaS product roadmaps and advocate for necessary feature improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on underperforming business KPIs to drive process improvements and decision making.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders ranging from team members to executives.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in program, project, or product management with successful delivery of SaaS solutions.
  • Must have 4+ years of HRIS and/or Workforce Scheduling & Labor Optimization tool experience in a large corporate environment.
  • Preferred 3+ years of configuration-level Workday experience in HCM and Scheduling modules.
  • Must possess an understanding of AI technologies and their application within HR, including evaluating and enabling responsible use.
  • Must have strong technical knowledge of Cloud, APIs, services, Windows stack, and database technologies.
  • Must be familiar with agile development frameworks and tools such as Jira.
  • Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage projects under demanding deadlines.
  • Must have strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
