What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships, contract renewals, and roadmap alignment with CDP and deep linking vendors.
  • Own the CDP roadmap to improve data quality, enrich sources, and expand marketing capabilities.
  • Drive AI agent enablement by defining access controls and identifying new use cases for automated data tasks.
  • Oversee marketing feed connections to ensure data completeness, timeliness, and accuracy across advertising platforms.
  • Translate marketing requirements into technical specifications and prioritized backlogs for the engineering team.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for data quality, latency, match rates, and overall integration health.
  • Use AI tools and SQL to prototype workflows, validate data, and build internal proof-of-concept tools.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Analytics teams throughout the product lifecycle from design through launch.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or related experience is required.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment is required.
  • Experience must include work with data platforms, integration, or marketing technology products.
  • Working knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing feed management is required.
  • Proficiency in SQL to write and run ad hoc queries against large, complex datasets is required.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools including VS Code, command-line/terminal tools, and GitHub is required.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including business reviews, escalations, and contract renewals, is required.
  • Strong technical acumen in software development principles, data pipelines, and APIs is required.
