Senior Technical Program Manager, Security Platform Engineering

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end program management for security domains including endpoint detection, email security, and data encryption.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners in Risk, Compliance, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Drive alignment and decisions in cross-organizational forums where the security team lacks direct authority.
• Build and maintain program rhythms including sprint cadences, status reporting, and roadmap tracking.
• Develop and maintain OKRs and KPIs to track platform health and team performance for leadership reporting.
• Manage onboarding plans, platform handoff timelines, and knowledge transfer logistics for new engineering hires.
• Identify and surface project risks early with a focus on proactive resolution.
• Partner with leadership on team restructuring, hiring coordination, and executive communications.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management (preferred: within security, infrastructure, or platform engineering).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs independently from scoping through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to build trust with senior engineering, risk, compliance, and business partners.
• Experience driving cross-organizational alignment and decisions without direct authority.
• Proven ability to define, track, and report on OKRs and KPIs for leadership audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership updates and meeting facilitation.
• Familiarity with security domain concepts to understand technical trade-offs and ask relevant questions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools (preferred); experience in retail or large-scale enterprise environments (preferred).
