What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Experience leading teams through significant process transformations and organizational change management for technology.
  • Experience helping engineering teams adopt AI-assisted development tools and practices into measurable processes.
  • Proficiency in modern software delivery practices including CI/CD, release management, and observability.
  • Ability to build measurement approaches and operational reporting that provide leadership visibility into progress.
  • Strong communication skills to influence outcomes and build consensus without formal authority.
  • Experience mentoring program managers and other cross-functional partners to build organizational capability.
