JOB TITLE: Sr Production TPM, AMZ Leo Production Ops The Sr Production TPM, AMZ Leo Production Ops joins the Leo team to manage the production value stream for a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. What you'll do

Own the production roadmap for value streams to source, build, test, and integrate satellites.
Establish data models and mechanisms to measure, monitor, and optimize production value streams against annual goals.
Drive daily execution across supply chain, planning, fulfillment, and production teams.
Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and synchronize milestones to identify and unblock constraints.
Create tools and business processes to standardize and enable operational excellence across the production value stream.
Identify manufacturing risks and develop mitigation strategies and recovery plans.
Analyze production data to identify trends and develop reporting tools with software and analytics teams.
Drive executive communication cadences to provide insights into operational activities, challenges, and risks.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee due to export control laws.
Bachelor's degree or above in Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Associate's degree or above in a related field.
3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
3+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
3+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
4+ years of experience delivering cross-functional projects.
Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
5+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent (preferred).
4+ years of experience driving process improvements (preferred).
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma (preferred).
