JOB TITLE: Production TPM, AMZ Leo Production OPs The Production TPM, AMZ Leo Production OPs joins the Project Leo team to manage the production value stream for a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. This highly technical role involves overseeing the planning, manufacturing, integration, and testing of satellites to provide high-speed internet to underserved communities. You will own the production roadmap, establish data models to monitor value streams, and drive daily execution across supply chain, fulfillment, and production teams. The role requires proficiency in data analytics, data modeling, and integrated hardware and software systems. What you'll do

Own the production roadmap for value streams required to source, build, test, and integrate satellites.
Establish data models and mechanisms to measure, monitor, and optimize production value streams against annual goals.
Drive daily execution across supply chain, planning, fulfillment, and production teams to ensure plan adherence.
Create new tools and business processes to simplify and standardize operations across the entire production value stream.
Identify manufacturing risks and develop mitigation strategies, recovery plans, and year-over-year optimization opportunities.
Analyze production data to identify trends and develop reporting tools with software and analytics teams.
Drive executive communication cadences to provide insights into operational activities, challenges, and risks to senior leadership.
Perform internal audits to assess adherence to procedures, systems, and manufacturing standards.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
2+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Experience with data analytics, data modeling, integrated hardware and software, and complex manufacturing systems.
3+ years of working directly with engineering teams (preferred).
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
