JOB TITLE: Production TPM, AMZ Leo Production OPM The Production TPM, AMZ Leo Production OPM joins the Project Leo team to manage the production value stream for a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. What you'll do

Own the production roadmap for value streams required to source, build, test, and integrate satellites.
Create data models and tools to measure, monitor, and optimize production value streams against annual goals.
Drive daily execution across supply chain, planning, fulfillment, and production teams to ensure plan adherence.
Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans while identifying and unblocking roadmap dependencies.
Develop and implement scalable business processes and tools to standardize operations across manufacturing and launch functions.
Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead executive communications and deliver artifacts regarding operational activities, challenges, and risks to senior leadership.
Perform internal audits to ensure adherence to procedures, systems, and manufacturing standards.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree or above in Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or an Associate's degree.
Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
2+ years of technical product or program management experience.
2+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
2+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
