Senior Product Support Engineer, Medical Devices

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and deploy complex infrastructure solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
• Serve as a technical advisor to clients regarding infrastructure strategies, emerging technologies, and solution roadmaps.
• Integrate and optimize advanced infrastructure environments across platforms, third-party applications, and legacy systems.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective actions.
• Conduct advanced testing, validation, and performance optimization to improve system reliability and security.
• Manage configuration management, version control, and governance processes to ensure consistency across environments.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing resources for the organization.
• Identify and implement product enhancements based on deep expertise in company products and services.

What we're looking for

• You must have 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering Support, Cloud Technologies, System Administration, or Systems Architecture.
• Experience must be within a Health Tech, Hospital, or Medical device environment.
• Candidates must possess in-depth IT knowledge including proficiency in virtualization, SQL, Microsoft OS, Linux, and Citrix.
• Experience with Rhapsody and supporting/deploying XML and/or DICOM interfaces is preferred.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar field is required.
• You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex, customer-facing, and global environment.
• Ability to work in an office setting in Cambridge, MA.
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
