What you'll do

Lead the development and implementation of technical tool strategies to improve organizational efficiency.
Identify opportunities with the Contracting Officer to improve data movement across different classification networks.
Develop and implement solutions for staffing challenges in coordination with Program Leadership.
Manage resources, including tracking property and test equipment to ensure procedural compliance.
Collect, report, and analyze engineering metrics such as staffing, performance, and quality.
Prepare status reports, charts, and forward plans for Section and Department Managers.
Coordinate with leadership and functional partners to achieve annual operating plans and long-range goals.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8 years of experience, or a Master's in a STEM field with 6 years of experience.
Must possess a PhD in a STEM field with relevant professional or military experience including leadership roles.
Ability to transfer and maintain an interim Secret clearance and required program access.
U.S. Citizenship is required for positions requiring government clearance.
Experience developing and managing processes across large organizations.
Experience with POST, Tableau, Lx Training tools, and ASTAR tracking.
Experience interfacing effectively with all levels of employees and leadership.
Strong organizational, verbal, written communication, project management, analytical, planning, and presentation skills.
