The Sr Principal Project Management role serves as the Organizational Change Management Lead within the Manufacturing Strategy & Integration organization. This position acts as the primary change management authority, tasked with implementing structured practices across multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on collaboration, training, and cycle time reduction. The successful candidate will build end-to-end ADKAR-based roadmaps, manage stakeholder analysis, develop integrated communication strategies, and design training enablement architectures to ensure project success. Key responsibilities include resource planning, strategic roadmap consolidation, and leadership engagement. Required skills include expertise in project management, change management, and digital transformation. The role requires a candidate capable of obtaining Prosci certification and maintaining a Secret clearance. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of deployment and change management activities for MS&I projects.
Build end-to-end change roadmaps based on ADKAR principles aligned with business objectives.
Consolidate individual project roadmaps into a single phased program roadmap highlighting dependencies and milestones.
Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify impacted parties and develop engagement and resistance strategies.
Develop multi-channel communication plans in partnership with subject matter experts.
Define training models and roadmaps to scale across multiple projects and long-term operations.
Create leadership engagement strategies to ensure buy-in from middle and frontline management.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience leading redeployment or change management of digital transformation; or Master's degree and 6+ years of experience.
Project management experience.
Change management experience.
Superior organization and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
PMP certification (preferred).
Prosci certification or technical change management experience in Agile/SAFe software development lifecycles (preferred).
