What you'll do

Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house Program Management training programs for sector employees.
Gather information from subject matter experts to create training materials and course content.
Facilitate in-person and remote training sessions as required by the organization.
Develop and implement programs to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
Update and revise lesson plans to meet emerging requirements and keep materials current.
Manage project operations including status tracking, budget monitoring, and schedule management.
Prepare regular training status reports and manage related documentation for leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
Active U.S. Government Secret clearance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong organizational skills.
Experience with budgeting processes and monthly tracking and reporting procedures.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
Degree in project management, training, education, professional development, or adult learning (preferred).
Familiarity with ISD/ADDIE process, curriculum development, and PMP certification (preferred).
