The Sr Principal Infrastructure Product Owner DevOps (AHT) serves the Software and Electronics/Payloads Department, supporting a large engineering organization of software engineers, systems administrators, and network engineers. Candidates must possess prior Agile experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master and have leadership experience. This role provides critical infrastructure support for numerous programs across the Space Sector, focusing on technical solutions for complex aerospace engineering requirements.

What you'll do

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for infrastructure and DevOps initiatives.
  • Manage the product backlog for a large engineering organization of 200+ personnel.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or Jenkins.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and environment initialization using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and processes as a Product Owner for software and electronics programs.
  • Develop and deploy automation scripts using Helm, Ansible, or related tools.
  • Troubleshoot virtualization, automation, and deployment applications like Flux CD and Prometheus.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and systems administrators.

What we're looking for

  • Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain SCI approval.
  • Must be a United States Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree with experience, Master’s with , PhD with , or experience without a degree.
  • Must have DevOps Engineering experience including CI/CD pipeline deployment.
  • Must have experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab Pipelines, and Scripting.
  • Must have experience with Terraform and environment initialization.
  • Must have prior Agile experience in a Product Owner or Scrum Master role.
  • Must have prior leadership experience.
