Staff Principal Infrastructure Product Owner DevOps

What you'll do

• Serve as the Product Owner for infrastructure products within the Software and Electronics/Payloads Department.
• Manage and oversee DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipeline deployment and automation.
• Utilize tools such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab Pipelines, and Terraform for environment initialization.
• Lead Agile processes to support a large team of software engineers, systems administrators, and network engineers.
• Develop and deploy automated scripts using Helm or Ansible to streamline infrastructure operations.
• Troubleshoot virtualization, automation, and deployment applications including Flux CD, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams across various space sector programs.

What we're looking for

• Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance and be a United States citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years experience, Master’s with 8 years, PhD with 6 years, or 4+ additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in DevOps Engineering including CI/CD pipeline deployment.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab Pipelines, and Scripting.
• Experience with Terraform and environment initialization.
• Prior Agile experience in either a Product Owner or Scrum Master role.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Active CI or FS Polygraph, Security+ or CISSP certifications, and Space Industry experience (preferred).
