As the DevOps Technical Team Lead, VP, you will lead the technical direction and delivery of a Client CI/CD platform designed to build, validate, and deploy CRIMS customizations to SaaS-hosted environments. What you'll do

Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and platform capabilities.
Develop infrastructure and deployment automation using Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible.
Implement DevSecOps practices including security testing, vulnerability scanning, and CVE remediation workflows.
Utilize LLM-based tools to automate code reviews, risk identification, and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving pipelines, infrastructure, and customer environments.
Lead technical estimation, architecture decisions, and delivery planning for the development team.
Translate client requirements into technical designs and prioritized project plans.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading or coordinating a software engineering or DevOps team.
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a DevOps engineering or platform role.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Python, Java, and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, CircleCI, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
Proficiency using agentic development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to improve engineering efficiency.
Understanding of DevSecOps principles, SDLC practices, vulnerability management, and security scanning.
Experience with .NET, C#, Liquibase, or cloud networking and identity management (preferred); relevant certifications (preferred).
