What you'll do

Administer systems based on Linux and Windows operating systems.
Automate system deployment, operation, and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration Management tools.
Manage microservices and distributed application architectures including containers, Kubernetes, and serverless technology.
Deploy applications and provision critical infrastructure within air-gapped environments.
Design and implement security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
Maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and training to team members and stakeholders.
Manage headless systems using PowerShell and Bash scripting.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, a Master's with 6 years, or a PhD with 4 years.
Must possess an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application.
Must have a current Security+ or equivalent certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
Must have 2+ years of experience managing headless systems with PowerShell and Bash.
Must have experience in directory services protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth.
Must understand basic networking principles including TCP/IP, subnets, routing, and VLAN configurations.
Must understand on-prem virtualization and cloud orchestration platforms like VMware vSphere, OpenStack, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Nutanix.
Must have extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows internals, as well as experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
