What you'll do

Develop and deliver software to meet specific mission partner requirements.
Create comprehensive user and developer-level documentation for software systems.
Set the team’s technical direction based on operational requirements and sponsor roadmaps.
Review and improve development, test, governance, and stakeholder interaction processes.
Communicate project status, roadblocks, and technical proposals to stakeholders.
Prioritize development efforts in coordination with mission partners.
Define the complexity, scope, and resources required to integrate new requirements.

What we're looking for

Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Minimum 5 years experience with a Bachelor's, 3 years with a Master's, or 1 year with a PhD for Principal level.
Minimum 8 years experience with a Bachelor's, 6 years with a Master's, or 4 years with a PhD for Senior Principal level.
Proficiency in C# and C is required.
Experience is required in developing software for embedded systems using C/C++, .NET Framework on Windows, Python, and Real-Time Operating Systems.
Experience is required developing software on Agile teams with knowledge of the software development life cycle.
Knowledge of RF, satellite/terrestrial communications, Zephyr RTOS, Java, Xilinx software, Azure DevOps, Doxygen, or Git is preferred.
