Senior Principal Cyber Software Engineer Lead

What you'll do

• Formulate, manage, and execute long-term Program Portfolio strategies.
• Ensure a consistent technical approach across all task orders.
• Lead technical activities for competitive proposals, including bid decisions and solution reviews.
• Review technical schedules and Basis of Estimates (BOEs) with subcontractors.
• Serve as the deputy technical lead on an existing task order.
• Drive process improvement initiatives across the engineering organization.
• Maintain technical relationships with program managers, customers, and subcontractors.

What we're looking for

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 7 years of programming experience.
• M.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 5 years of programming experience.
• Ph.D. and 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Active Top Secret security clearance and ability to acquire the IDIQ SCI clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Proficient C programming skills.
• Extensive knowledge of networking device, topology, and communication concepts.
• Strong breadth and depth of knowledge of Offensive Cyber techniques and technologies.
• Experience as Technical Lead leading teams of 2-8 engineers.
• Proficient in engineering best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills (preferred).
• Experience spearheading process improvement initiatives (preferred).
• Experience participating in competitive proposal efforts (preferred).
• Reverse Engineering (preferred).
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with Assembly Languages (x86, x64, MIPS, PPC, or ARM) (preferred).
• Understanding of return-oriented programming (ROP) concepts and execution (preferred).
• Development of lower level networking protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP (preferred).
• OS Internals experience (preferred).
