What you'll do

Formulate, manage, and execute long-term Program Portfolio strategies.
Maintain relationships with program managers, technical leads, customers, and subcontractors.
Ensure a consistent technical approach across all task orders.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead technical activities for competitive proposals, including bid decisions and solution reviews.
Coordinate with subcontractors on schedules and basis of estimates (BOEs).
Serve as the deputy technical lead on an existing task order.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 7 years of programming experience.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of programming experience.
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 2 years of relevant work experience.
Active Top Secret security clearance and the ability to acquire an IDIQ SCI clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Proficiency in C programming skills and engineering best practices.
Extensive knowledge of networking device, topology, communication concepts, and Offensive Cyber techniques.
Experience as a Technical Lead leading teams of 2-8 engineers.
