The Sr Principal CIDO IT Program Manager joins the Space CIDO PMO team to serve as the primary interface for the Glide Phase Interceptor program. This role involves aligning CIDO and Classified Solutions services, including networks, compute, software, cybersecurity, and ATO support, with specific program requirements. You will lead IT program planning, demand intake, and roadmapping while coordinating with engineering and cybersecurity teams to deliver capabilities that meet security, cost, and schedule objectives. Key responsibilities include managing requirements development, systems integration, and program security compliance using RMF and JSIG standards. You will utilize skills in IT systems strategy, proposal development, and risk management to support mission use cases like modeling, simulation, and data analytics within a classified defense environment.
Act as the primary CIDO IT program interface for the Glide Phase Interceptor (GPI) program.
Lead IT program planning and execution including demand intake, prioritization, roadmapping, and tracking of deliverables.
Coordinate with Classified Solutions and cybersecurity teams to scope and implement new capabilities and ATO-related work.
Translate technical needs into actionable project plans including ROMs, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking.
Support accreditation and security posture efforts by aligning IT solutions with RMF/JSIG and customer requirements.
Drive resolution of complex cross-functional IT issues affecting program cost, schedule, or technical performance.
Develop and maintain program-level dashboards and status reporting for IT scope and risk mitigation.
Identify opportunities to standardize and reuse CIDO and Classified Solutions patterns to reduce costs.
What we're looking for
Must have a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience, a Bachelor’s with 8 years, an Associate’s with 10 years, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Must have demonstrated experience in IT program or project management supporting complex defense or aerospace programs.
Must have experience working with classified IT environments, including coordination with cybersecurity, ISSM/ISSO, and security teams.
Must have the ability to plan and execute IT projects involving infrastructure, networks, and specialized software/tooling.
Must have strong stakeholder engagement skills to translate technical IT topics into program-level risk, schedule, and cost impacts.
Must have a current U.S. Government Secret level security clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance and access to Special Programs (SAP/SAR) as a condition of employment.
