The Staff CIDO IT Program Manager joins the Chief Information & Digital Office to support the Contracts organization within the Corporate Office. As an Enterprise COTS Implementation Specialist, the individual leads the evaluation, pilot, and deployment of commercial off-the-shelf tools across Contracts Management. Daily responsibilities include planning and running proof-of-concepts, integrating new tools with existing internal business systems, and driving full-scale implementations with stakeholders. The role requires expertise in enterprise tool rollouts, requirements gathering, and change management. Key technical competencies include understanding internal business systems such as ERP, PLM, and HR platforms, as well as the ability to integrate AI into systems requirements. The position solves the business problem of ensuring seamless tool adoption and value realization across diverse functional sectors and organizations.
Lead end-to-end COTS tool implementations from initial requirements and vendor evaluation through final deployment.
Plan, execute, and evaluate pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate technical fit and business value.
Integrate new tools with existing internal business systems and data sources in coordination with architects.
Gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple sectors and organizations to drive tool adoption.
Develop comprehensive implementation plans, training materials, and change management strategies for successful rollouts.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies while coordinating mitigation strategies with technical and business teams.
What we're looking for
Must have an Associate's degree with 14 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 12 years, a Master's with 10 years, or a High School diploma with 16 years.
Must have demonstrated experience implementing COTS tools in an enterprise environment.
Must have a proven track record of running pilots and proof-of-concepts, including success criteria definition and outcome analysis.
Must have an understanding of internal business systems and integrations such as ERP, PLM, or HR platforms.
Must have demonstrated project coordination skills, including planning, communication, and status reporting.
Must have the ability to work effectively across functions, sectors, and organizations to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of internal business systems including contracts management, legal, finance, and ERP tools (preferred).
Ability to tie AI into systems requirements for new potential solutions (preferred).
