The Sr. Principal CIDO IT Program Manager joins the Mission Systems Sector PMO Mission Next Division to provide technology thought leadership and IT management for a multi-program portfolio. Reporting to the MS CIDO MNX Division Director, this leader manages cross-functional teams within a matrixed structure to oversee the design, development, integration, and testing of digital solutions. Key responsibilities include ensuring the cost-effective delivery of IT and Cybersecurity services, managing budgets and schedules, and driving the adoption of standardized solutions while retiring technical debt. The role requires expertise in IT project management, infrastructure implementations, and process documentation. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in tools like ServiceNow and possess core competencies in Agile practices, Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, and cybersecurity to solve complex enterprise IT requirements.
Deliver IT and Cybersecurity services on time and within budget while aligning with enterprise technology roadmaps.
Lead the design, development, integration, and testing of digital solutions for a multi-program portfolio.
Oversee technical quality, performance, and schedule for IT and Cybersecurity aspects of assigned programs.
Drive the adoption of standardized digital solutions and identify opportunities to retire technical debt.
Act as a liaison between CIDO and NGMS to coordinate IT services and site security environments.
Serve as a CIDO ambassador to programs, business leadership, and end-users to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify systemic service delivery challenges and coordinate solutions with functional representatives.
What we're looking for
Must have an Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience, Bachelor’s with 8 years, Master’s with 6 years, PhD with 4 years, or High School diploma with 12 years.
Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years or be enrolled in CEP.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have 5+ years of IT project management experience and demonstrated leadership skills in planning, scheduling, and workload forecasting.
Must have experience providing strategic direction for IT products, processes, applications, and technologies within large enterprise organizations.
Must have experience with customer satisfaction and continuous improvement processes, such as implementing ServiceNow.
Must have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar STEM discipline (preferred).
Must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret level security clearance (preferred).
Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
Must have experience with Agile practices, Lean Six Sigma, or data analytics principles (preferred).
Must have previous CIDO IT Program Manager experience (preferred).
