Senior Principal CIDO IT Program Manager

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization to provide IT management and technical thought leadership for a multi-program portfolio.
• Deliver IT and Cybersecurity services that align with enterprise strategy, technology roadmaps, and quality standards.
• Manage the design, development, integration, and testing of digital solutions while overseeing budget and schedule requirements.
• Drive the implementation of standardized digital solutions while identifying and retiring technical debt.
• Act as a CIDO ambassador to programs, business leadership, and end-users to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify systemic technical challenges and coordinate with functional representatives to develop and implement solutions.
• Liaise between facilities and security teams to maintain optimal IT and Cyber service environments at the site.

What we're looking for

• Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation Program.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Requires an Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience, Bachelor’s with 8 years, Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• A High School diploma and 12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Must have at least 5 years of IT project management experience including planning, scheduling, and workload forecasting.
• Experience providing strategic direction for IT products, processes, applications, and technologies is required.
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders ranging from technical staff to executive management.
