The Sr Principal CIDO IT Program Manager joins the CIDO Project Management Office within the Multi-Domain Operations Division to deliver digital solutions across the Space Sector. This role serves as a primary liaison between corporate and sector leadership, overseeing multiple programs to ensure the delivery of scalable IT capabilities. Key responsibilities include leading IT governance, cost account management, business continuity planning, and proposal development for new statements of work. The manager will coordinate with teams across Classified Solutions, InfoSec/Cyber Security, and Infrastructure Services to optimize enterprise operations. Required skills include experience in IT systems strategies, requirements development, and program security compliance, specifically regarding DFAR and Risk Management Framework. The role solves complex technical challenges by aligning digital maturity strategies with business requirements in a classified environment.
Lead a matrix team to deliver innovative information technology and security solutions that meet program requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between corporate IT organizations and sector leadership to align digital maturity strategies.
Chair infrastructure design reviews and change boards to oversee IT governance and service delivery.
Manage cost accounts, including financial budgeting, performance management, and Basis of Estimates for proposals.
Develop and test business continuity plans and crisis management incident recovery procedures.
Coordinate with site leadership to identify, plan, and implement CIDO solutions that meet strategic objectives.
Oversee proposal development, staffing plans, and product acquisition to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Monitor customer satisfaction with service delivery and escalate priorities to meet service level objectives.
What we're looking for
Must have a Master's degree with 6 years of IT experience, a Bachelor's with 8 years, an Associate's with 10 years, or a High School Diploma with 12 years.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in people management, leadership, or program management.
Must have a current US Government Secret level security clearance.
Must have U.S. Citizenship.
Must have familiarity with technical solutions, infrastructure implementations, process/project documentation, and experience as a liaison for large enterprise organizations.
Must be able to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO or Boulder, CO.
Master's degree in Information Technology, Security+ CE, and IT experience with as an IT Program or Project Manager in a classified environment (preferred).
Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph (preferred).
