Senior Principal Information Systems Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the design, build, integration, and delivery of high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure for ground-based radar systems.
• Manage one or more IT infrastructure projects across multiple functional organizations to meet cost, schedule, and quality goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project execution plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate technical and business resources across systems, network, hardware, software, and cyber security engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of approximately 15 members.
• Represent the organization as the primary technical and project contact for assigned contracts and projects.
• Prepare and deliver technical briefings and status updates to internal leadership and external customers.
• Recommend architectural and process improvements based on advances in IT, HPC, and cyber security.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 8 years of experience, a Master’s with 6 years, or a PhD with 4 years.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at the time of application.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have experience leading or managing IT projects involving high-performance computing environments and GPGPU/multi-node processing architectures.
• Must have experience with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Must be able to travel 10% domestically or internationally.
• Experience with HPE high-performance computing platforms (preferred).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams on complex DoD or radar/SDA programs (preferred).
