This position provides technical guidance to a team of fifteen while ensuring projects meet specific cost, schedule, quality, and security requirements for radar missions.

What you'll do

Manage the design, build, integration, and delivery of high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure for ground-based radar systems.
Lead cross-functional IT and engineering teams including system administrators, network engineers, and cyber security specialists.
Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure goals are met on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a multi-disciplinary team of approximately 15 members.
Serve as the primary technical and project contact for assigned contracts and external customers.
Deliver technical briefings and status updates to internal leadership regarding project progress and recommendations.
Solve complex problems by applying expertise in RedHat Linux, networking, and cyber security.
Monitor advancements in IT and HPC to recommend improvements to existing architectures and processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8 years of experience, Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years.
Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
Experience managing IT projects involving high-performance computing (HPC) environments, GPGPU, and multi-node processing architectures.
Experience with Agile methodologies and execution.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Ability to communicate and present technical approaches, trade studies, and findings clearly.
Experience with HPE high-performance computing platforms (preferred).
Background in RedHat Linux, networking design, cyber security, MBSE, or leading DoD/radar programs (preferred).
