JOB TITLE: Sr. Principal, AI Delivery Lead, Tech Program Manager
The Sr. Principal, AI Delivery Lead, Tech Program Manager joins the cybersecurity team to drive the execution of strategic projects enabling the secure adoption of Artificial Intelligence, including agentic AI systems and Large Language Models. This role involves leading global, cross-functional teams of security, platform, and data engineers to implement identity controls, data protection, and security operations for AI workloads. Key responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, overseeing capital and expense budgets, and performing threat modeling against risks like prompt injection. The position requires expertise in IAM, DLP, and SIEM/SOAR integrations within regulated financial services environments. Candidates must demonstrate technical fluency in LLM application patterns, vector stores, and frameworks like NIST AI RMF using tools such as Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM, and MS Project.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic cybersecurity projects for AI, LLMs, and agentic systems.
Define and implement IAM controls for AI services, including workload identities and secrets management.
Deploy data protection controls for prompts and training data, including encryption, masking, and DLP.
Establish security operations for AI, including abuse monitoring, anomaly detection, and incident response playbooks.
Manage project risks, specifically addressing AI threats like prompt injection and model theft.
Oversee project budgets, including monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and capital/expense management.
Translate complex AI architecture and security concepts into actionable plans for business and technology stakeholders.
Drive AI threat modeling and go-live readiness assessments across the delivery lifecycle.
What we're looking for
Must have at least 10 years of overall experience, including in the Financial Services industry.
Must have at least 5 years of experience leading and managing high-visibility technology projects involving Artificial Intelligence.
Must have experience leading cybersecurity projects related to Identity & Access Management, Data Protection, and Security Operations.
Must have experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI capabilities, including LLM and agentic AI solutions, in regulated environments.
Must possess technical fluency in LLM application patterns, agent frameworks, and common failure modes like prompt injection.
Must have experience managing project budgets between $250K to $3M comprised of internal and external labor.
Must have a college or university degree.
Current PMP certification is strongly preferred (preferred); security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) and/or AI/Cloud certifications are a plus (preferred).
