Senior Principal AI Delivery Lead, Tech Program Manager

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and product owners to execute strategic cybersecurity and AI security programs.
• Implement identity and access management (IAM) controls for both human users and non-human AI agents.
• Deploy data protection measures including encryption, masking, and DLP for training data and user prompts.
• Establish security operations controls such as monitoring, anomaly detection, and incident response playbooks for AI services.
• Manage project risks specifically related to AI threats like prompt injection and sensitive information disclosure.
• Translate complex AI and LLM technical concepts into actionable plans for non-technical business stakeholders.
• Oversee project financial management including budget tracking, forecasting, and spending optimization.
• Manage project resources by identifying staffing needs and providing performance feedback to leadership.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience leading high-visibility technology projects involving Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience delivering AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions in regulated environments is required.
• Expertise in cybersecurity project management including IAM, data protection, and security operations is required.
• Technical fluency in LLM application patterns, vector stores, and AI threat models like OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications is required.
• Experience managing project budgets ranging from $250K to $3M is required.
• A college or university degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
