What you'll do
Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic cybersecurity and AI security projects.
Plan and implement identity controls for both human and non-human identities in AI systems.
Develop data protection controls aligned with enterprise privacy and regulatory requirements.
Execute operational monitoring and response controls for AI-enabled services and workloads.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks specific to AI technologies and threats.
What we're looking for
At least 5 years of experience leading high-visibility technology projects involving AI in the Financial Services industry.
Proven expertise in delivering and securing AI/ML capabilities in regulated environments.
Technical fluency with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI solutions, including common failure modes.
Experience designing and implementing identity and access controls for AI services and agents.
Expertise in implementing data governance and protection controls for training data and user prompts/responses.
Knowledge of AI security operations controls, including monitoring and response for AI services.
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and threat modeling knowledge to translate into delivery requirements.
