Senior Principal Tech PM

What you'll do

• Define delivery approaches and manage risks for enterprise-scale Risk, Compliance, and Governance (GRC) transformation programs.
• Oversee portfolio program management for ServiceNow IRM platform deliverables to ensure alignment with regulatory commitments.
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across Technology, Risk, and Business functions to remove obstacles and drive outcomes.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead program-level governance, including dependency management, issue tracking, and change control processes.
• Manage capital and expense budgets, including monthly forecasting and investment prioritization for portfolios up to $20M.
• Direct staffing needs, hiring decisions, and performance management for full-time employees, contractors, and consulting partners.
• Partner with Organizational Change Management teams to drive change readiness and business value realization.

What we're looking for

• At least 12 years of direct program and project management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale Regulatory, Risk, Compliance, Governance, or financial services transformation programs.
• Experience leading strategic enterprise programs involving ServiceNow IRM, GRC, RCSA, or similar business transformation capabilities.
• Working knowledge of modern software delivery practices including Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
• Financial management experience supporting large portfolios and program budgets between $5M and $20M.
• Knowledge of global financial institutions, risk management frameworks, compliance obligations, and governance processes.
• Experience in portfolio planning, demand management, resource planning, and dependency management.
• Work Authorization.
