Senior Principal Technical Program Manager, Cybersecurity Portfolio Lead

What you'll do

• Translate cybersecurity strategy into actionable roadmaps and oversee the execution of programs across application security, data protection, and SaaS security.
• Manage a portfolio of complex, enterprise-priority initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals and measurable risk reduction.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and contractors while managing staffing, performance, and career development.
• Oversee financial management for the portfolio, including budget planning, variance analysis, and optimizing spend for large program budgets.
• Communicate program status, risk posture, and strategic recommendations to senior executives and global governance forums.
• Manage stakeholder engagement by identifying key influencers and maintaining consistent communication regarding project progress and changes.
• Coordinate with organizational change management teams to ensure readiness and adoption of new security technologies and processes.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have at least 12 years of direct program and project experience.
• Experience in Cybersecurity, Regulatory, or Audit-related projects is required.
• Experience leading strategic programs in Application Security (SSDLC, SAST, DAST) and one other area like Data Protection, API Security, or SaaS Security is required.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices including CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, cloud-native architectures, and supply chain security is required.
• Experience managing large program budgets between $5M to $20M dollars is required.
• A College or University degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Current or prior PMP Certification is preferred.
• Work Authorization.
