What you'll do

  • Design and implement secure, scalable AI platforms using Azure AI Foundry and various LLM providers like Claude and GPT.
  • Develop and oversee the integration of structured and unstructured data into the enterprise AI framework.
  • Architect and implement automated data pipelines from internal banking systems and external feeds for AI/ML use cases.
  • Lead the development of client-facing AI capabilities and interactive dashboards that meet responsible AI standards.
  • Drive semantic architecture and engineering practices to advance enterprise context engineering.
  • Manage vendor negotiations and select data solutions to ensure scalable consumption with favorable terms.
  • Ensure all AI data assets maintain proper metadata management, data lineage, and audit trails for regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor and coach engineers, product managers, and architects as the AI integration practice scales.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering or integration, preferably within financial services or banking.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and various data integration tools.
  • Experience building production-grade LLM/GenAI applications using patterns like RAG, Agentic AI, and NLP2SQL.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), container architecture, and vector databases like PGVector or Pinecone.
  • Proficiency in generative AI and LLM data preparation specifically for financial use cases.
  • Knowledge of financial data providers such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and Factset.
  • Work Authorization.
