What you'll do

  • Lead a multi-site analysis team by communicating priorities, requirements, and expected outcomes to all stakeholders.
  • Participate in all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
  • Author, refine, and prioritize features and user stories to ensure technical feasibility and readiness for sprint planning.
  • Balance stakeholder priorities against team capacity and program constraints to maximize value delivered each sprint.
  • Provide progress status updates to Regional Applications leadership and Program Leadership.
  • Support Control Account Managers with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) baselines, performance management, and reporting.
  • Develop Bills of Estimate (BOEs) and engineering estimates for analysis tasks during the proposal process.
  • Perform hands-on analysis tasks including reviewing scenario assessments and developing technical briefs.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8 years of experience, a Master's with 6 years, or 12 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Applicants must possess a current, active, in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies and participating in all Scrum ceremonies is required.
  • Proven leadership experience on a technical team in fields such as software development or systems engineering is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, prioritize, and status features and user stories on an Agile team is required.
  • Expertise as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, including backlog management and facilitating sprint ceremonies, is preferred.
  • SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO) certification is strongly desired.
