What you'll do

Create a cohesive test strategy across C2BMC Task Orders and Capabilities.
Develop the C2BMC Test Plan and monitor delivery from release creation through testing.
Coordinate with partners to resolve technical test issues and manage verification risks.
Report program metrics and verification status to C2BMC and BC leadership.
Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and system-level verification and validation testing.
Verify inputs for proposals and Engineering Estimate activities and schedule lab tests.
Review and provide technical feedback on Detailed Test and Analysis Procedures.
Troubleshoot test-bed configurations including hardware, software, stimulus, and Information Assurance issues.

What we're looking for

Must have a current, active in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance.
Must have U.S. Citizenship.
Must possess a current, active Government-Issued 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience, a Master’s degree and 6 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant work experience.
Must demonstrate knowledge and experience with hardware and software verification and validation processes, including test reporting and regression testing.
Must be able to manage multiple projects across teams and synthesize technical inputs into reports for customers.
Must have daily experience using Windows, MS Office, or Linux products.
Prior C2BMC experience and knowledge of Agile test-driven development are preferred.
