What you'll do

  • Lead an agile network engineering team to develop and integrate technical capabilities into the C2BMC Network Enterprise.
  • Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of engineering activities based on contract requirements and customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding significant network-related matters.
  • Manage the cost, schedule, and performance metrics for assigned capabilities and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
  • Solve complex, multi-disciplinary technical problems using advanced expertise and creative problem-solving techniques.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and planning activities to ensure work alignment across the Agile Release Train.
  • Review technical artifacts and designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and contract specifications.
  • Manage risk mitigation plans, schedule development, and change requests for assigned capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8 years of experience, a Master's with 6 years, or 12 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Must possess a current, active Government-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application.
  • Must hold a current, active Government-issued 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+, CISSP).
  • An active project management certification such as Project+, CAPM, or PMP is required (or must be obtained within 60 days of start).
  • Prior experience as an Information Technology Engineer in network or infrastructure engineering is required.
  • Proven experience managing cost, schedule, and technical development on large DoD systems is required.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, Agile Product Owner practices, and Digital Transformation/DevOps implementation is required.
  • Prior C2BMC experience and familiarity with NT/BC processes are preferred; prior Team Lead or Product Owner experience leading Agile teams is preferred.
