The Sr Principal Agile Product Owner – Network Team Lead serves as a technical leader within the C2BMC Network Enterprise. The role requires expertise in Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, and Digital Transformation, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. You will solve complex problems for the Missile Defense System, a vital operational system that synchronizes autonomous sensors and weapon systems to manage global and regional mission objectives.

What you'll do

Provide day-to-day technical and leadership direction to a multi-discipline engineering team for network capabilities.
Coordinate the planning, execution, and sustainment of engineering activities for assigned network-related capabilities.
Prioritize work within an Agile Release Train based on customer requirements and program commitments.
Manage budgets, schedules, and technical baselines to ensure accountability for cost and performance.
Serve as the primary customer contact for technical briefings, interchanges, and status reviews.
Lead Agile ceremonies including PI planning, iteration planning, and retrospectives to ensure delivery predictability.
Drive the adoption of DevOps, Agile, and Digital Transformation best practices within the engineering team.
Identify and manage risks, including mitigation planning and reporting for all assigned capabilities.

What we're looking for

This position is only available to current and active C2BMC personnel.
A Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience is required.
Applicants must have a current, active Government-issued Secret security clearance.
Applicants must have a current, active Government-issued 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher.
Active Project Management certification such as CompTIA Project+, CAPM, or PMP is required (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
Demonstrated experience leading high-performance technical teams and managing large DoD systems including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Experience with Agile methodology (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and/or Agile Product Owner roles, including Digital Transformation and DevOps.
Prior hands-on experience as an Information Technology Engineer, preferably in network or infrastructure engineering (preferred).
