This position addresses the complex challenge of integrating and synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems to provide layered missile defense capabilities across various flight phases.

What you'll do

  • Provide day-to-day technical and leadership direction to a multi-discipline engineering team for network capabilities.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and sustainment of activities for development, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage project costs, schedules, and technical performance baselines for assigned network capabilities.
  • Act as the primary customer contact for technical matters including briefings, status reviews, and technical interchanges.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and sprint planning to ensure backlog priority and delivery predictability.
  • Drive the adoption of engineering best practices, including DevOps and Digital Transformation standards.
  • Manage risk identification, mitigation planning, and reporting for assigned capabilities.
  • Maintain project documentation and manage change requests to ensure impacts are communicated and controlled.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a current, active in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance.
  • Must possess a current, active Government-issued 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+, CySA+).
  • Must be a current and active C2BMC personnel member.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, a Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must possess an active Project Management certification such as CompTIA Project+, CAPM, or PMP (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
  • Must have demonstrated experience leading high-performance technical teams and managing large DoD systems regarding cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Must have experience with Agile methodology (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and/or Agile Product Owner roles.
  • Must have hands-on experience as an Information Technology Engineer in network or infrastructure engineering.
