What you'll do

Design and analyze electrical power circuits for sensitive RF and communication payloads.
Develop isolated and non-isolated power conversion circuits using various converter topologies.
Perform Power Integrity (PI) and Power Distribution Network (PDN) analysis on PCB designs.
Conduct trade studies for system architecture, cost, and manufacturability of power sub-systems.
Translate customer requirements into technically robust solutions backed by data and analysis.
Lead the full hardware lifecycle including schematic design, component selection, and board bring-up.
Design and support test campaigns for development and qualification of space hardware.
Produce technical reports and presentations for design reviews and proposal efforts.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
7+ years of experience in hardware development across the full product life cycle.
7+ years of electrical engineering work experience in Space, Aerospace/Defense, Automotive, and/or Communications fields.
7+ years of experience with schematic and layout ECAD tools and with PCB design and debugging.
Experience in power electronics design and analysis.
Experience developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams or project management of technical projects (preferred).
