Senior Power Electronics Engineer

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end power delivery design including regulator selection, PDN design, and control loop compensation.
• Lead power architecture trades to balance efficiency, cost, thermal, and performance requirements.
• Perform DC drop and AC PDN impedance analysis to define decoupling and remote sensing solutions.
• Design, simulate, and build prototype converters and power systems for production.
• Own power telemetry solutions and their digital interfaces such as I2C, PMBUS, and SPI.
• Track power budgets and model system needs in collaboration with silicon teams.
• Lead design reviews to set the technical bar for power delivery across terminal products.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience designing linear and switching DC-DC Converters for SOC/ASIC/CPU applications.
• Experience developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
• Experience with PDN analysis tools such as Sigrity, Ansys SIwave, or similar.
• Experience with measurement and debugging of power electronics and PDNs.
• Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
